Kejora runs mostly on donations and community support. Every gift goes directly to our teachers, our classrooms and our students.

We believe in empowerment, equality, and access to education for all. Kejora relies on your support to fund scholarships for local families across Karimunjawa. Our goal is a 15% scholarship ratio.
Your donation covers monthly school fees, registration, field trips, and essential supplies. Scholarships can be 50% or 100%, depending on each child's needs, meaning your contribution can support one full scholarship or two half scholarships. A total of €10,000 per year for all scholarships will be invested to make a powerful difference in many lives.

Donation FAQ
Where does my donation go?+
Public donations go directly to our programs on Karimunjawa, teacher salaries, learning materials and day-to-day school operations. We publish an annual report every year.
Can I donate from outside Indonesia?+
Yes. International donors give through our partner Stichting Kejora Karimunjawa in the Netherlands via Rabobank (IBAN NL66 RABO 0189 6488 05, BIC RABONL2U).
Are corporate partnerships possible?+
Yes. We work with a small number of CSR partners each year on multi-year programs. Please contact the board to discuss.
Can I sponsor a specific child or classroom?+
We don't run child-sponsorship programs, but we do offer classroom and program sponsorships with clear reporting for larger donors.
